RussoTrot Season Six
To start the season, as of January I’ve introduced the second story in Denise: Her 13 Lives, illustrated by Abigail Knight and titled “Queen D”. It has a rather strange connection to the third story, titled “Court Soloist”, also due out this year. And should the fates should smile, I’ll have two more to add to the list, “Valkyries” as well as “Beauties And Berettas”. To say my year has been a complex bastard wouldn’t even begin to touch the event horizon of that black hole. Would you believe I ran for City Council yet again… in the incorrect Ward. Eventually the day had to come when I tackled what comic books call an origin. RussoTrot is a strip I've built as a labor of love for the form, and hopefully when I'm done I'll have improved my work to the point that I can start an online strip of my own.
